Complete 4 rounds twice

Snatch 40 kg – 20 secs /10 secs rest

Lunges – 20 secs work/10 secs rest

Sit-ups  – 20 secs work/10 secs rest

Burpees – 20 secs work/10 secs rest

Rest with Plank  for 60 secs and repeat again.
